5. 1 View Counted from each IP every 24 Hours.
6. Webmasters get 2% of profit from their site links
7. Your referrals earn you 2% of sales & 2% of rebills(forever)

3 - 18 USC 2257 Compliance Statement

The owners and operators of WaskuCity.com ("Wasky City") are not involved in the hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of any performers shown in the visual content appearing on the WaskuCity.com website. Wasku City is not the producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of any of the visual content provided by the Service.

Wasku City has been informed and believes that the performers, models, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) appearing or otherwise provided by the Service were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of depictions in which they appear. All other pictures, graphics, videos or other visual content provided by the Service are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1 et seq., because they do not consist of content subject to those laws and regulations.

 

4 - DMCA Policy

First: We do respect both amateur models and professional copyright-holders. There is absolutely no point in bugging our members or annoying our ISPs, as we can be contacted directly with content removal requests.

Second: None of the videos are hosted on our servers. Content is typically uploaded to hosts like RapidShare, ImageBam, et al. Please contact the host(s) in question to permanently remove your content from the internet.

Third: WaskuCity.com is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If your copyrighted material has been posted on Waskucity.com or if hyperlinks to your copyrighted material are returned through our search engine and you want this material removed, you must provide a written communication that details the information listed in the following section. Please be aware that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that is infringing on your copyrights. We suggest that you first contact an attorney for legal assistance on this matter.

The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

1. Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you. You must also include a valid email address.

3. You must identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and including at least one search term under which the material appears in WaskuCity.com search results.

4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider (and their network carriers) will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.

We urge our members to respect the DMCA and any local copyright laws. Repeat infringers will be banned from the forums and might get all their posts removed.

All Content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

You agree that your conversations can be read at anytime by only (Marc Wasku)the owner of this forum and no one else without question if illegal activity is suspected such as bomb threats/child pornography/arms sales.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.
